These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FocusFlow Fitness ("FocusFlow", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
FocusFlow Fitness provides AI-assisted accountability tools, daily check-ins, habit tracking, and squad features. The service is provided "as is" and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any fitness program.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use FocusFlow. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
- You can cancel, pause, upgrade, or downgrade your plan from the billing page at any time.
- Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
- We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with at least 14 days' notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to interfere with security, uploading harmful content, reverse-engineering the product, or using the service to violate any law.
5. Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (workouts, check-ins, messages). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and process that content solely to operate the service.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to other users.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
