Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

New accounts get a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial from the billing page and you'll owe nothing.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate partial months.

Pause

You can pause your subscription for up to 90 days from the billing page. Billing pauses while paused and resumes automatically at the end of the pause window.

Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee: If you're charged for your first paid period and aren't happy, email us within 14 days of the charge for a full refund.
Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded promptly on request.
Annual plans: If you cancel within 30 days of an annual renewal, we'll refund the unused portion on request.

How to request a refund

Email support@focusflowfitness.com from the address on your account. We process refunds within 5 business days; banks usually take another 5–10 business days to return funds.

EU/UK consumers

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
