This Privacy Policy explains what data FocusFlow Fitness ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

• Account data: email, display name, and (if you choose) avatar.
• Usage data: check-ins, habits, goals, and squad activity you create.
• Billing data: processed by Stripe; we store a customer reference and subscription status, not card details.
• Technical data: minimal logs (request times, error traces) needed to operate the service.

How we use data

• To provide and improve the service.
• To send transactional and account emails (e.g. verification, billing receipts).
• To prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with providers needed to run FocusFlow: Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting and database), and the email and AI providers we contract with. Each is bound by data-processing terms.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion for legal and accounting reasons. Billing records are kept for the period required by law.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data by emailing support@focusflowfitness.com. EU/UK users have the rights described in GDPR.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to user data is restricted by row-level security policies on a per-user basis.

Children

FocusFlow is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We will announce material changes in the app or by email before they take effect.
